My Secret Weight Loss Weapon Continued. (S2H Replay Update)

Friday is here and as promised so is an update with my health goals. As well as 2 Fabulous Focus on the Family broadcasts.

The Good: I got in at least 60 minutes of activity 6 days out of this past week and I earned enough S2H activity points to get a Target gift card! (If you don't know  what an S2H replay is read my review here, think swagbucks for exercise (If you don't know what swagbucks are where have you been? Click on the link at the bottom of the page.)) I'm still debating about holding out for a Wii fit, or cashing my points in now, I don't need anything at Target at the moment so I'll wait.

The Bad: I only cheated once at the beginning of the week.  Now that sugar is out of my system (and the house) it's a whole lot easier to deny the cravings. I only logged 30 minutes of activity yesterday, making it my first day in over 2 weeks not to reach 60 minutes.  I had a crying baby who kept me very busy until the moment I fell asleep. The Replay in general has kept me very accountable to my workouts, I was so bummed yesterday when I didn't exercise enough to get a code.  At least the activity times roll over to the next day. Hopefully by tomorrow I'll be at least 30 minutes ahead.

The Ugly: I had a net weight loss of 0.  At the beginning of the week my weight ballooned up 4 pounds.  I'm clueless as to why.  It's taken me all week to get back to where I started .  (154 pounds, there I said it, it's out in the open)

I'm pleased with this week all in all, God's given me more strength than I can imagine, which I'm very grateful for.  I may not have lost any weight, but the healthy habits are in place that I can stick with.

The following are 2 FABULOUS Focus on the Family broadcasts about craving God rather than food.  It's a wonderful perspective on weight loss and life in general.  Listen to them if you get a chance today they're great.
