This is an incredibly simple idea, and can't wait to try it for our lunch today. Not to mention it's also infinitely cheaper than purchasing gluten free personal pizza crusts.
Add some garlic and Italian seasoning to plain waffle batter. (ours is gluten free of course) Follow directions of waffle iron and bake. After waffle is finished top with sauce, cheese, and pizza toppings of choice. Place in oven for 10 minutes (choose heat based on doneness and thickness of waffle, try plus or minus 400 degrees) until the toppings are done!
