Encouraging Weight Loss Articles and Update

The Weight Loss Update: 1 lbs, one little stinkin' pound, but I'm not complaining : ) I have to keep reminding myself I'm a nursing mother and things are not going to go as quickly as before I had children.  I'm pretty sure God is trying to teach me patience and disciple in this.  The good news is however, thanks to my S2H replay I have not missed a single day of exercise.  I can honestly say this is the first time in my life that has ever happened. (Read my review here if you don't know what a Replay is yet.)

  2. Congrats on the 1 lb loss! I know it probably seems slow, but 1-2 lbs a week is actually what is recommended for safe weight loss. So you are doing just fine!

  4. It's definitely good to encourage others to lose weight as long as there won't be any health problems. Speeding it up though can be easy with the help of supplements.
