The Weight Loss Update: 1 lbs, one little stinkin' pound, but I'm not complaining : ) I have to keep reminding myself I'm a nursing mother and things are not going to go as quickly as before I had children. I'm pretty sure God is trying to teach me patience and disciple in this. The good news is however, thanks to my S2H replay I have not missed a single day of exercise. I can honestly say this is the first time in my life that has ever happened. (Read my review here if you don't know what a Replay is yet.)
