Ideas for a Valentine's Date Night

My husband and I had a date this last Monday, with NO CHILDREN.  Sigh it was lovely, but long about oh...... 10 minutes into the date we started talking about our kids, can anyone else relate? I'm not sure if we'll be having a kidless Valentine's or not this year but I'd like to share my ideas for a fabulous night in.

Any of these movies are FABULOUS and more importantly, WHOLESOME!!!
(We probably won't be watching any of these since we've seen them all, but I won't recommend a movie if I haven't watched it yet.)

Fireproof: Special Collector's Edition (DVD)The Secrets of Jonathan Sperry (DVD)Pilgrim's Progress: Journey to Heaven (DVD)

Courageous: Exclusive Collector's Edition (DVD)

And On the Menu:
I Can't Decide which steak makes me drool more, probably the one wrapped in bacon : )
And Believe me I won't be forgetting dessert, unfortunately I won't be able to order the ready made cheesecake, but for those of you who eat gluten, I couldn't resist including this picture.
And what's a movie night without popcorn? Valentine's is an excuse for me to indulge me insatiable sweet tooth.
I have been loving Amazon Grocery lately by the way, so much easier than shoving 3 kids in the back of a Camry (We'll be filing our taxes soon, so hopefully a mini-van is in sight)

One other thing I never realized, Amazon has GORGEOUS flower arrangements.  You might consider sending one of these to your mothers or maybe just sharing my blog post on facebook and tagging your husband.  I'm sure he'll get the subtle *hint* ; )
And if my husband should happen to stumble upon this *hint* hint*  the one with the lilies might just be my favorite.

Planning something for Valentine's Day doesn't have to be complicated, and your husband will love to know you put forth some effort, even if you do get everything delivered to your door.  (So much easier than 3 carseats in a camry)
